Application Window Open date: August 6, 2026 Next review date: Saturday, Sep 5, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Sunday, Feb 6, 2028 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description The University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry, Department of Preventive and Restorative Dental Sciences, is seeking a full-time faculty member in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series (at the ranks of Assistant or Associate Professor) to support its teaching programs in endodontics and to see patients in Faculty Practice. The appointment will be in the Department's Division of Endodontics. Primary duties will include pre-doctoral, pre-clinical and clinical instructions, including lectures and seminar activities covering all areas of endodontics including diagnosis, treatment planning and endodontic procedures. Position also includes opportunities for faculty practice. Required Qualifications:

Academic rank and salary level will be based on the successful applicant's experience. The position is open until filled. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $121,900-$189,500. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
