This is an in-office position and can be based in any established HDR location in the US. The Client Data & Insights Manager serves as a strategic business partner for Sales Cloud CRM, HDR's client relationship/opportunity intelligence platform. This role is responsible for maximizing the value of Sales Cloud by ensuring high-quality data, strong user adoption, effective reporting, and continuous process improvements across the enterprise. Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Technology, and executive leadership across the organization, this individual helps transform Sales Cloud into a trusted business tool that improves decision-making, strengthens pursuit strategies, increases operational efficiency, and enhances the overall client experience.
