This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. FTT will require proof of status prior to employment.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Receives predetermined work assignments that are process-driven, and subject to a high level of control and review.
  • Follows established rules, procedures and global policies.
  • Vendor master file set-up and maintenance.
  • Accounts payable data entry, coding and vouchering. Month-end activities participation.
  • Entering vendor and employee expense reports into Costpoint.
  • Purchase order vouchering. Clearing purchase orders using a 3-way matching process in Costpoint.
  • Responding to all vendor enquiries.
  • Preparing weekly cash disbursements and supporting weekly payment runs.
  • Preparing monthly accounts payable accrual report.
  • Filing and maintaining all historical records.
  • Supports internal and external SOX audit requests.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:



  • Bacheloris in accounting, or related degree is preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in high volume organization.
  • Experience in Deltek/Costpoint or similar ERP System strongly preferred.
  • Understanding and prior experience of working in SOX compliant environment is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones, use tools/equipment)
