• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

• Mechanical aptitude and strong basic math skills
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, automotive repair, or skilled labor experience preferred
• Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Seeking candidates interested in a long-term career opportunity

• Assemble and help build equipment used within the construction industry
• Work with hand and power tools to complete assembly processes
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Participate in company-provided training programs
• Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
