What You'll Do:
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools and automated production equipment.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness assembly according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and other technical documentation to complete assembly tasks accurately.
- Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining necessary tolerances and quality standards.
- Identify assembly issues, follow established procedures for resolution, and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment.
- 3+ years of experience performing basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
- Active J STD Certification.
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products.
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision if needed.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.

- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
