APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools and automated production equipment. Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness assembly according to technical specifications and blueprints. Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and other technical documentation to complete assembly tasks accurately. Set up and adjust equipment while maintaining necessary tolerances and quality standards. Identify assembly issues, follow established procedures for resolution, and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment. 3+ years of experience performing basic functions on a PC/Microsoft office. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. Experience handing small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter). Active J STD Certification. Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products. Close attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills. Teamwork oriented. Ability to work with little or no supervision if needed. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Patience.
