Aquent is seeking a highly skilled professional to join one of the world's most innovative and influential technology companies. This organization is renowned for its groundbreaking products and services that redefine industries and enhance daily life for millions globally. As an Aquent talent, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a team that values creativity, precision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, playing a pivotal role in shaping how customers engage with beloved digital experiences.

Are you a detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for customer engagement and data-driven storytelling? We are looking for a dynamic individual to step into a crucial role focused on optimizing the customer journey. In this position, you will be instrumental in translating strategic visions into actionable campaigns, directly influencing customer retention and satisfaction. Your work will have a tangible impact on how this global technology leader connects with its audience, ensuring seamless and compelling experiences across various markets.

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign briefs (~40% of role): You will co-write functional briefs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail across multi-market translations, campaign scope, segmentation matrices, and landing destination matrices. Your clear direction will guide creative, product, and data science partners.
  • Translate performance data into strategic narratives (~40% of role): You will contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting, collaborating with analytics teams to deliver compelling business-level stories. This includes identifying key takeaways, asking incisive questions, and tracking decisions that drive performance shifts.
  • Own launch readiness and execution for customer journeys and creative updates (~20% of role): You will align with leadership on go/no-go decisions, oversee quality assurance (including copy matrices, feature placement, and link/PT testing), monitor live launches, and manage urgent in-launch decisions. You will also manage journey refreshes, incorporating new creative and audiences.

Skills and Experience You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in campaign management, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or a related marketing strategy function.
  • Demonstrated background in lifecycle marketing campaigns, including brief development and segmentation strategy.
  • Prior hands-on experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, Responsys).
  • Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable business narratives for non-analyst audiences.
  • Prior hands-on experience working with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or SQL-based reporting/querying tools).
  • High attention to detail, particularly across multi-market campaign execution, including scope and segmentation management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage launch readiness end-to-end, including QA oversight and live go/no-go decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and cross-functional partners concisely and confidently.
