Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for critical applications and integrations supporting service restoration.
• Provide technical leadership across product planning, design, development, and delivery phases.
• Design high-performing, highly available, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Support scalability and low-latency customer experiences during critical service events.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to support future business needs.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor development teams.
• Contribute with hands-on development experience.
