GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the integrated master schedule (IMS) to ensure on-time delivery of MSIis programs, prototypes, and production units. This role coordinates cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Test to convert customer demand and program requirements into an accurate, achievable, and fully resource-loaded schedule. This position establishes schedule governance, collects real-time status from shop-floor teams, ensures constraints are visible, resolves conflicts, and drives accountability to execution milestones. The Master Scheduler will own MS Project schedule revision control, lead weekly schedule reviews, support MRP/ERP alignment (Costpoint), and serve as the central point for communicating schedule risk and recovery actions to leadership. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Own and maintain the Program Master Schedule, ensuring traceability between Summary, Intermediate, and Detailed schedules
- Lead schedule planning, baseline initialization, baseline change control, and support IBR/SRA program reviews
- Perform schedule health assessments (DCMA 14 point compliance or equivalent), and prepare Earned Value lite scheduling inputs.
- Partner with Product Teams, CAMs, Engineering Leads, and Mission Leads to ensure accurate resource loading, PMT assignment, and work-package planning.
- Interface with MACH TB 2.0 leadership, including Program Director, Deputy Program Director, and Chief Engineer
Other Job Functions:
- Lead and mentor multiple schedulers supporting MACH?TB 2.0, ensuring consistent scheduling standards across all mission threads.
- Establish scheduling processes, review work products of other schedulers, and provide corrective guidance.
- Coordinate across MACH?TB partners, subcontractors, and functional groups to ensure schedule alignment.
- Support cross?program synchronization efforts, such as MACH?TB International Team and Financial Planning Tag?ups

Required Experience:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of DoD program scheduling experience.
- Expertise in MS Project
- Strong proficiency in schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and resource loaded schedules.
- Ability to lead teams, influence without authority, and manage multiple schedulers in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across engineering, PMO, subcontractors, and government customers.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Office and manufacturing shop-floor environment with routine interaction across engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality teams.
- May be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, and chemicals (within OSHA limits).
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8i9 hours typical).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs per TDI safety guidelines.
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for long durations.
- Occasional travel (0i10%) to suppliers or corporate sites.
