Peraton is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Project Management to lead enterprise-level integration and modernization initiatives across FAA radio communication systems, including the transition to RadiooverIP (RoIP) architectures. This role provides strategic technical oversight, directs multidisciplinary teams, and ensures alignment across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and FAA stakeholders. As a senior leader, you will guide the team that is providing the site design, deployment, and validation of nextgeneration radio communications equipment and system that sustain the safety and continuity of aviation operations nationwide. Your work will directly enhance controllerpilot communications to support critical NAS services. Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to the engineering team to support nationwide integration and modernization of FAA radio communication systems and RoIP migrations.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
