Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse who enjoys caring for patients where they are most comfortable-at home? Join MaineHealth Care at Home as a full-time Registered Nurse and become part of a dedicated team delivering exceptional home health care that helps patients recover, regain independence, and live safely in their own homes.

As a Home Care RN, you'll provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or managing chronic medical conditions. You'll manage a diverse caseload, perform skilled nursing visits, monitor patient progress, provide medication and disease management education, coordinate community resources, and serve as a trusted advocate throughout each patient's healthcare journey. Every home visit allows you to make a direct and lasting impact on your patients' quality of life.

As a full-time, Registered Nurse, you'll enjoy the flexibility and independence that comes with caring for patients in the community while benefiting from the support of an experienced interdisciplinary team.
