WE ARE HIRINGA PRN LICENSED THERAPISTFOR ADMISSIONS! We are looking for looking for a dynamic Licensed Therapist to join our Admissions Department! Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a provider of quality psychiatric treatment services foradults,children and adolescents. Our outpatient services are a convenient drive to areas in Hinds County, Madison County and Rankin County. We also provide inpatient services for those who need more structured treatment. Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is a 133-bed acute psychiatric care facility located in Flowood, Mississippi. We are accredited by the Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE. We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more. Website: Brentwoodjackson.com Position Summary: Therapist - Admissions Coordinator- is responsible for planning, coordinating, documenting, and facilitating the patient intake process in accordance with the hospital's established policies and procedures, including conducting comprehensive admission assessments, gathering clinical and psychosocial information, and coordinating with referral sources, patients, and families to ensure appropriate level-of-care placement; ensures all admission documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements; collaborates with clinical staff to initiate the Master Treatment Plan at the time of admission and communicates relevant patient information to the treatment team to support continuity of care; provides crisis assessment as needed and works closely with physicians, nursing staff, and families to ensure a smooth, timely, and efficient admission process while promoting a positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications Minimum:Master's Degree from an accredited college or university; a current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC; and two years' experience in an psychiatric setting.
