Join a dynamic in-house studio team for a leading retail client, where innovation meets execution in the fast-paced world of social content. This studio is at the forefront of shaping how customers experience fashion, beauty, and home categories, delivering engaging and impactful campaigns that resonate across digital platforms. Be a part of a collaborative environment that values precision, creativity, and operational excellence, directly influencing the visual narrative for millions.

Are you a master of production, a logistical wizard who thrives on bringing ambitious creative visions to life? We are seeking an exceptional professional to serve as the operational anchor for social style content. In this pivotal role, you will not just manage; you will own the entire production pipeline, transforming big ideas into meticulously executed, high-efficiency physical and digital productions. Your expertise will directly shape the quality and timely delivery of compelling content, making a tangible impact on our client's brand presence and customer engagement across various social channels.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Production Leadership & Execution: Take full ownership of the end-to-end line production process for social-first static, video, and digital campaigns, ensuring complex multi-deliverable packages are completed on time and within budget.
  • On-Set Leadership: Act as the primary production lead for studio and location shoots, applying deep technical knowledge of broadcast, high-end editorial, and agile "run-and-gun" formats.
  • Crew & Union Management: Direct and manage union and non-union talent and crew, leveraging an existing network of top-tier professionals. Demonstrate a working command of SAG, DGA, and IATSE contracts and industry bidding guidelines (AICP/AICE).
  • Post-Production Oversight: Supervise all post-production pipelines, including motion graphics, sound design, retouching, color grading, and CGI deliverables, with meticulous attention to technical specifications and delivery formats.
  • Legal & Business Affairs Partnership: Collaborate with business affairs and legal teams to negotiate usage rights, oversee talent procurement costs, ensure compliance, and optimize production spend.
  • Budget & Bidding Ownership: Develop, track, and reconcile production budgets, establishing baseline and benchmark costs to measure fiscal impact year over year.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design, build, and enforce robust production processes that enhance efficiency and speed without compromising safety or quality.
  • Cross-Production Integration: Partner with external and third-party production teams to seamlessly capture social content alongside larger enterprise campaigns, ensuring smooth logistics and minimal friction on set.
  • Sample & Inventory Logistics: Oversee physical product workflows, including sample procurement, item tracking, and prop/set logistics.
  • Creative Scoping: Translate creative visions into actionable shoot plans, effectively balancing high-concept design with realistic production constraints.
  • Technical Bridge: Utilize foundational technical knowledge of video, static lighting, and basic editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut) to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current on cultural, design, and social platform mechanics to efficiently advise creative teams on the logistical feasibility of trending content.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on line production experience within an agency, brand social team, digital publication, or production company.
  • Production Mastery: Proven track record of managing physical productions (studio and location).
  • Labor & Contracts: Deep working knowledge of union guidelines (SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE) and industry bidding standards (AICP/AICE).
  • Technical Rigor: Expert understanding of static and video deliverables, multi-format workflows, post-production engines, and file management.
  • Software Tools: Proficiency in operations & project management tools such as Airtable, Figma, Slack, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Awareness of production/post-production tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere) and CapCut.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00/hr to $64.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
