- High School Diploma or GED required
- 60 hours or more of college coursework
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
- (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
- Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities: As a Client Service Manager, you will:
- Lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service while supporting the growth and success of the branch.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Services team, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality care and support.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers and team members to maintain a strong, reliable workforce.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling activities to ensure client needs are met and care services are delivered as planned.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen referral partnerships.
- Monitor client and caregiver satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support for on-call operations, helping resolve client and caregiver needs as they arise.
- Partner with branch leadership to implement company initiatives, improve processes, and achieve operational and business goals.
