Interstates is looking for a Capital Tool Manager to help lead a major tool program that directly supports our field teams and jobsites across the country. In this role, you'll bring structure, consistency, and smart decision-making to a capital tool inventory valued at approximately $20 million - helping make sure the right tools are in the right place, at the right time. Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, as well as the level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents what Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of posting. Final pay is determined by job-related skills, training, education, and experience. Location: This position can be based in our Des Moines, IA; Omaha, NE; or Sioux Center, IA office.
