JOB SUMMARY The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies. This role manages and maintains the ADP payroll system, including integration with key platforms such as Workday. The position requires expertise in U.S. multi-state payroll tax management, including state tax account setup, compliance, filings, and reconciliations. In addition, the Payroll Administrator supports payroll-related accounting activities, prepares reports, support payroll related audits and respond and resolves any state tax related inquiries. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, system proficiency, and the ability to manage complex payroll environments while ensuring accuracy and compliance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
