Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Rate: $28 per hour

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment including conveyors, pneumatic systems, and electro-mechanical components
• Perform both corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime on active production lines
• Support PLCs, sensors, actuators, and control systems during equipment failures
• Document maintenance activities, inspection results, and corrective actions accurately
• Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly and keep the line running

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of pneumatic systems, conveyor systems, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Ability to navigate PLC systems to diagnose faults. Programming experience is a plus but not required
• Experience performing corrective maintenance on production equipment under time pressure
• Prior experience in packaging, food & beverage, or similar LMHV manufacturing environments preferred
• 2+ years of related maintenance experience; Associate's degree, technical certification, or military training a plus
