Department: IT Business & Sys Analysis Reports to: Director of Corporate Systems Status: Exempt Grade: 9E Pay Range: $52,000-$90,498 Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: NY, MA, CT, RI VT Purpose/Objective: The IT Systems Analyst is a key member of the support team, responsible for activities required to maintain system availability and functionality, support end-users, and to collaborate with vendors and IT partners in the resolution of application outages and other "keep the lights on" (KTLO) activities. Key Accountabilities: * Serve as the administrator for applications, executing system changes as requested by LOB partners or vendors, following defined change management procedures. * Create detailed application documentation and IT procedures. * Support risk mitigation through performance of control testing, providing requested application documentation, and collaborating with vendors to remediate findings. * Address system interruptions through a collaborative process with the user(s), vendors and other IT partners, clearly identifying and documenting root cause, and strategies to prevent recurrence. * Collaborate with technical resources to assist in system upgrades and/or configuration changes, and projects. * Monitor vendor resources for new system releases and functionality, inform business areas about new offerings or enhanced process opportunities. * Provide end-users with application support. Prioritize issues and requests and provide meaningful updates. Escalate issues/opportunities as needed to deliver results. * Facilitate automation of manual tasks performed. * Participate in documenting test cases and results for user testing. * Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
