As a CSOC Operator, you'll play a critical role at the center of our security operations, monitoring systems and coordinating responses that protect our people, properties, and operations across the organization. In this fast-paced, technology-driven role, you'll be responsible for monitoring advanced security systems, responding to alarms, and coordinating with internal teams and external emergency services. Your ability to assess situations quickly, communicate clearly, and make informed decisions will be essential to ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Every day brings new challenges, requiring strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping operations running smoothly. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by supporting reports, maintenance coordination, and system testing, while helping ensure all equipment and processes operate at peak performance.
