We're seeking a skilled and personable Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine practice. This role blends surgical clinical care with hands-on aesthetic medicine, offering the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, perform advanced cosmetic treatments, and play a key role in practice growth. We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical judgment with a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and obtain comprehensive medical histories
  • Coordinate pre-operative testing, medical clearances, and surgical preparation
  • Manage post-operative care, follow-up visits, and recovery monitoring
  • Assess healing progress and identify potential complications
  • Provide comprehensive patient education regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and treatment plans
  • Participate in patient communications, triage, and care coordination
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including:
  • Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Xeomin)
  • Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers
  • Biostimulatory fillers and collagen stimulators
  • Advanced facial balancing and rejuvenation procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Educate patients regarding surgical and non-surgical treatment options
  • Maintain accurate photographic documentation and treatment records
  • Follow evidence-based aesthetic medicine protocols and safety standards
  • Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice and credentialing, including:Suture and drain removal, Wound care management, Scar treatment and postoperative interventions, Minor lesion excisions and biopsies (as permitted)
  • Assist physicians during office-based procedures and treatments
  • Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
  • Promote patient retention through exceptional outcomes and service
  • Identify opportunities to expand utilization of non-surgical aesthetic services
  • Participate in educational events, seminars, community outreach, and marketing initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted aesthetic consultant and ambassador for the practice
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational regulations
  • Complete required continuing education and professional development activities
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety programs
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
