Summary Statement: Maintains positive, consultative relationships with managers and staff to identify and resolve Human Resources issues. Supports HR activities in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations issues, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The HR business partner does not act as a Human Resources Administrator; rather the partner assumes a significant leadership role in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team of the internal client. Acts as the primary point of the contact for the employees and managers for assigned client group(s). Primary Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related discipline. Compensation We support transparency, equity, and fairness in our compensation program and provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range based on data-driven market analysis for each position. While it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $110,397-$176,635. Individual salary within this range will be commensurate with the incumbent's experience, unique skills and qualifications, and other relevant factors.
