Job Description: Accounting Assistant Drive Operational Excellence At Ashurst Perkins Coie, our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our finance team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you will administer the preparation of billing statements for the firm's top- tier clients. Serve as a liaison between parties ensuring billing issues are resolved in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain positive contact with clients and observe confidentiality of client matter issues. Collect outstanding accounts and prepare financial reports as necessary. Prepare statistical and financial data reporting as necessary. Attend client meetings as necessary.
