Position Summary: The Vice President, Talent and Training is responsible for shaping and executing an integrated talent strategy that enables the organization to achieve its business objectives through its people. This role provides enterprise leadership across workforce planning, leadership development, talent pipelines, and learning strategy. This leader will drive the design and execution of scalable, high-impact talent systems, including early career pipelines, leadership development programs, enterprise learning, and assessment strategies, to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The VP will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, bringing insight, structure, and discipline to how the organization identifies, develops, and deploys talent, while fostering a high-performance culture. For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $245,000 to $290,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 50% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year.
Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
The position will be eligible to participate in the Company's Long-Term Incentive Program
