Description Your Role The Receptionist is an important member of the administrative team whose primary focus is to provide excellent office experience as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and others visiting the office. With a hospitality-driven, people-first mindset, they create a welcoming, professional, and responsive environment that reflects the culture and values of the office. In addition, they coordinate mail service and package deliveries including creating shipping labels, arranging couriers, and coordinating with the building's receiving dock. The Receptionist is a proactive and self-driven team member who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and collaborates closely with administrative colleagues to execute on office initiatives. They also provide additional administrative support such as meeting room preparation and equipment reservation management. What You Will Do Reception Support:

Your Qualifications
The base salary range is $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with relevant experience. In addition, standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.
