Description Your Role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gensler, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm by helping us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. This is a dynamic, peoplecentered role designed for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments, enjoys building relationships, and is excited to grow within a global design organization. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with teams across the firm, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our candidate experience and hiring strategy. This role offers meaningful opportunities for professional development, exposure to diverse business functions, and the chance to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition or broader HR. In this role you will work closely with regional TA leaders, gaining mentorship and exposure to firmwide hiring strategies. Develop expertise in candidate experience design, recruitment technology, compliance, and project management. Your Qualifications
**The base salary range will be estimated between $70,000 to $80,000. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June.
