  • Develop, write, and edit content across multiple formats, including reports, blogs, presentations, LinkedIn newsletter, web copy, internal communications, and campaign materials

  • Work w/ external writers, proofreaders, or creative contributors when needed

  • Coordinate with design teams on asset development, reviews, approvals, and production timelines

Operational Support

  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows in Asana

  • Contribute to annual communications planning, editorial calendars, and strategic initiatives across Institute research centers

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience working in a writing, editorial, publications or other relevant role.

  • Excellent writing/editorial and verbal communications skills-writing samples required, showing ability to interpret research and present in accessible, engaging ways.

  • Experience working on an integrated editorial and graphics team, with an understanding of print and online publication processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign required (InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working with a team.
