We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across our Northeast Region (New York | Morristown | Boston | Toronto | Vancouver | Ottawa). Based in our New York office-one of Gensler's largest and most dynamic locations globally-this role will play a critical part in attracting and hiring top talent across the region. The individual will partner closely with studio leadership and the regional talent acquisition team to drive strategic hiring initiatives and support continued growth. What You Will Do
Your Qualifications
**The base salary range will be estimated between $110,000 - $125,000 . Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
