Description Your Role As a Senior Project Architect at Gensler, you will play a key role within our wide range of practice area in our Columbus office. You'll collaborate closely with Practice Area Leaders, Design Directors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop thoughtful design solutions and carry projects through the construction documentation process. This role offers the opportunity to work at a leading architectural firm in a growing market, collaborating with engaged and passionate project architects on impactful, complex projects. You will translate design concepts into clear, wellcoordinated 2D and 3D documentation, resolve technical challenges as they arise, and contribute to the successful delivery of missioncritical environments. Your strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and commitment to mentoring others will support both project success and continued professional growth within the firm What You Will Do
