Description Your Role As a Human Resources Business Partner in Gensler's Los Angeles office, you will work closely with team members and leadership in supporting your assigned studios (business units). This is an opportunity to be part of a strategic HR service model in a creative and cutting-edge environment, in addition to being hands-on, working closely with the HR team and office leadership. You will be the day-to-day contact for your studios/business units to educate and consult on the firm's core HR services, which include employee benefits, HRIS, compensation, retirement plans, legal compliance, mobility, and policies & procedures. Your Qualifications
**The base salary will be estimated between $90,000 - $140,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
