Production Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SMR process equipment, including top-fired heaters, reactors, high-pressure steam systems, Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) units, pumps, compressors, analytical equipment, drums and knockout pots, cooling water systems, instrument air systems, flare systems, and hydrogen product delivery systems.
• Perform routine plant rounds, collect operating data, complete reading sheets, and conduct water sampling to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with environmental permits, operating procedures, and established process limits.
• Further, you will identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action to maintain plant reliability and production targets.
• Identify workplace hazards, safely isolate equipment, and comply with lockout/tagout and permit-to-work requirements.
• Prepare and support safe work permits and ensure all work activities are conducted in accordance with site safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through effective housekeeping practices.
• Participate in training, qualification, and development programs to achieve and maintain operational proficiency and field qualification.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, environmental stewardship, operational reliability, and production efficiency.

• Ability to work at elevated heights and climb stairs, ladders, and platforms.
• You have ability to work in an industrial plant environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
