Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about product strategy? We're seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management team as an Associate Product Line Manager. In this position, you'll help drive product success through market research, supplier management, pricing analysis, and new product development. Associate Product Manager (Product Line Management) Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related field required.



Associate Product Manager (Product Line Management) Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, product line management, purchasing, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related business environment.
  • Experience with supplier negotiations, vendor management, and cost analysis is preferred.
  • Experience supporting product launches and product development initiatives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience analyzing business data and making strategic recommendations is preferred.


Associate Product Manager (Product Line Management) Job Duties

  • Support the growth, profitability, and success of assigned product lines.
  • Research market trends, competitor pricing, and product opportunities.
  • Assist with new product launches and ongoing product line improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and support supplier performance initiatives.
  • Analyze product costs, margins, and business data to support strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate supplier communications and resolve product quality concerns.
  • Update product catalogs, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Provide technical product support and training to internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and leadership to achieve business goals.


Associate Product Manager (Product Line Management)Travel Requirements

  • Up to 20 days of domestic travel annually.
  • Occasional international travel (approximately once per year).
  • Ability to attend supplier meetings, customer visits, and industry trade shows.



Associate Product Manager (Product Line Management)Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to move throughout office and warehouse environments as needed.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
