Heiser Automotive Group is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining our vehicle inventory, ensuring the dealership lot is organized and presentable, and supporting the sales and service departments with vehicle movement and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot.
• Move and park new and used vehicles safely throughout the property.
• Wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display.
• Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming vehicle inventory.
• Keep vehicle keys organized and inventory accurately tracked.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations as needed.
• Perform routine lot inspections to ensure vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle-related requests.
• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
