UMKC's Kansas City Athletics - Athletic Training Job Description
Kansas City Athletics is seeking applications for the role of an experienced Certified Athletic Trainer. UMKC is a NCAA Division I University that competes in the Summit League. The primary sport responsibility will be an Olympic Sport (which may include one of the following - women's soccer, softball and cross/track and field), including team travel and weekend coverage. The Athletic Trainer may be responsible for mentorship of Athletic Training Students. Basic Functions & Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Certification and licensures as required by state laws. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as starting at $53,976. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
