GLOBAL BANKING & MARKETS OPERATIONS

Global Banking & Markets Operations ("GBM Operations") is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, GBM Operations provides essential risk management and control functions to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. GBM Operations manages the process and controls that enable the business flow for every new product the firm launches and every trade the firm executes.

YOUR IMPACT

As a member of the Cip Due Diligence client onboarding organization, the individual will specialize in the review of Anti-Money Laundering ("AML")/Know Your Customer ("KYC") information for new clients as well as for existing customers. The individual will work directly with our internal partners, clients and sales in a fast paced environment with precision and accuracy. In addition, the individual will lead and motivate team members, work cross-functionally for process and procedure solutions and manage escalations. The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and communicate to all levels of the organization, including sales, legal and compliance is critical.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential



  • Ensure due diligence is performed on new and existing clients to comply with KYC regulations
  • Develop expertise in the firm's AML/Customer Identification due diligence policies
  • Communicate with internal and external clients to obtain relevant documentary requirements in line with current policies
  • Propose and act upon process improvements/efficiencies
  • Participate in regular meetings with regional and global team members
  • Work closely with regional managers to ensure case review targets are on track and being progressed
  • Take ownership of an agreed upon workload ensuring it is processed to completion within timelines


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Work experience in Operations or related field
  • Experience in Client Onboarding/ Customer Identification Program (CIP) processes
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
