We're seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior CRM Administrator & Business Intelligence Analyst to support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform while developing enterprise reporting, automation, and business intelligence solutions that enable better decision-making across the organization. This role helps ensure the integrity of our commercial data ecosystem by supporting the integration of CRM, enterprise systems, reporting platforms, and modern data architecture into a scalable, governed environment that supports Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

The Senior CRM Administrator & Business Intelligence Analyst will assist with the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), while developing Power BI reporting, Power Platform solutions, and business intelligence tools that improve commercial visibility, data quality, and operational efficiency. Working under the direction of the Director of Sales Operations, this role supports Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to execute CRM enhancements, reporting initiatives, workflow automation, and system integrations that support the company's commercial strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and enjoys solving business problems through optimization, reporting, automation, and scalable data solutions.

DUTIES

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Administration

  • Serve as an administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, security roles, and automation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Support CRM enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, documentation, and user adoption.
  • Maintain CRM governance, documentation, and change management processes.
  • Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and executive scorecards.
  • Build scalable reporting solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses of commercial performance across products, customers, regions, and markets.
  • Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and root cause analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Develop reports and analyses that help answer complex business questions through meaningful data visualization.
  • Manage Power BI workspaces, security access, and report distribution.

Data Architecture & Integration

  • Configure and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and other enterprise applications.
  • Assist with the administration and ongoing optimization of centralized enterprise data repositories, including Azure Synapse Data Lake or similar cloud-based platforms.
  • Configure and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites, as needed.
  • Support enterprise data quality and governance initiatives.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Reduce manual reporting through automation and process improvements.
  • Support CRM adoption through process enhancements, documentation, and end-user training simulations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales operations, reporting efficiency, and business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • 5+ years designing enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Power Query.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience designing scalable enterprise reporting environments.
  • Experience using XRM Toolbox or similar CRM administration tools.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards and business reporting.

Preferred Experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification
  • Microsoft Power BI Certification
  • Experience with enterprise Data Lakes and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience with APIs and enterprise systems integration.
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), or technology industries.
