MTSI is seeking to hire a Software Analyst
The Software Analyst will support the ULC Product Office, providing assistance to the Assistant Product Managers across the portfolio. This position is responsible for delivering technical support and leadership in the Defense Acquisition System and System of Systems Integration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and leadership in Defense Acquisition System and System of Systems Integration.
  • Manage technical efforts with other government offices/agencies and contractors.
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and performance for technical activities within the ULC Product Office.
  • Assist in design, development, testing, and/or monitoring contractors.
  • Evaluate software architecture, development, and modification approaches to recommend the best technical solutions for product improvement and sustainment.
  • Prepare and present technical and programmatic briefings to management, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop milestone and technical documentation for contract requirements packages and various contracting and acquisition strategies.
  • Execute program goals and work within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve these goals.
  • Provide input necessary for the development of acquisition strategies or plans required for each effort.
Qualifications:
  • US citizenship is required.
  • A Secret level security clearance is required.
  • 4+ years of software experience required
  • Must have Army Aviation experience
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environments
Desired Qualifications:
  • Unmanned Aircraft experience desired.
  • Program Management Office experience desired.
