Ready to make an impact on the vehicles people drive every day? We're seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Engineer to support a major automotive manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot electrical systems, improve product quality, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and collaborate with engineering, production, and supplier teams to keep vehicle programs running at their best.

What You'll Do as an Electrical Quality Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing

  • Investigate and resolve electrical quality issues on the production line.
  • Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Whys, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving tools.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to reduce warranty concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support product launches, production trials, electrical testing, and issue containment activities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, product development, suppliers, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repair of production vehicles while monitoring quality metrics and continuous improvement efforts.


Electrical Quality Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical, software, product, or quality engineering.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing or a regulated production environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, CAN networks, OBD diagnostics, and root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office; familiarity with quality and engineering systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
