Responsibilities The Delivery Support Services team is the operational hub for day-to-day PMO execution within the CMS Medicare Systems Solutions (CMSS) portfolio, supporting FISS, MCS, DME, CWF, and Crosscutting programs. The Senior Manager, in partnership with the Manager, ensures consistent, disciplined operation of all delivery support functions, including financial management, compliance, reporting, risk management, quality assurance, documentation, and workforce operations. In this role, the Senior Manager applies knowledge of key business drivers and the factors that maximize performance across multiple teams, leading the delivery support functions in partnership with program teams across the portfolio to achieve CMS objectives. The Senior Manager identifies and solves complex operational and organizational problems, leveraging resources within and outside the department, and persuades managers and senior leaders to take action while negotiating with external partners and stakeholders as needed. The Senior Manager develops departmental plans, sets priorities, and allocates resources to align with organizational objectives and the annual plan. This role carries accountability for department-level results and supports the prioritization of projects, services, and capabilities across the CMSS portfolio. The Senior Manager provides enterprise-level governance and delivery oversight across FISS, MCS, DME, CWF, and Crosscutting programs, and together with the Manager, builds and operates the integrated delivery infrastructure that enables Peraton to meet its commitments to CMS and Medicare beneficiaries. 12+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including supervisory or management experience.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
