Description Donor Relations Assistant (Part-Time)
Help Strengthen Our Community Through Philanthropy The YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Donor Relations Assistant to support our Financial Development Team. This entry-level, part-time position plays an important role in helping us build meaningful relationships with our donors while supporting fundraising campaigns, community events, and donor stewardship efforts. Reporting to the Donor Relations Director, you'll assist with fundraising administration, donor communications, event support, and data management that help advance the YMCA's mission of strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This position offers a flexible schedule averaging approximately 75 hours per month. Weekly hours will vary based on fundraising events and organizational needs. Some weeks may be approximately 10 hours, while others may be up to 30 hours during peak fundraising and event periods. Flexibility is essential. What You'll Do Fundraising & Event Support
