Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to coordinate the Division's recruitment process and oversee the current recruitment and interview process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator would manage the current ATS system, Recruiting Gateway, including the posting of jobs, updating job descriptions, and closing jobs. Pay Range $29.00/hr. - $31.00/hr. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications

Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Associates (required) Experience
2 years: Minimum Recruiting Experience. (required)
