DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This role oversees daily operations at a Driver License Center and ensures testing, customer service, and staff performance meet established standards. It focuses on leadership, oversight, and maintaining fair and accurate testing procedures. As a Driver License Center Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Staff Leadership: Guide employees through daily tasks and center operations
- Test Oversight: Ensure all knowledge, skills, and vision tests are administered consistently and accurately
- Customer Service: Promote courteous and professional service to every individual entering the center
- Performance Monitoring: Review employee productivity, test results, and customer feedback to improve operations
- Fraud Prevention: Maintain oversight and audit controls to deter identity theft and ensure compliance with regulations
- Training Support: Identify staff development needs and provide appropriate training opportunities

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Tuesday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Work overtime and travel to other Driver License Centers when needed.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Driver License Examiner (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of experience as a Driver License Examiner Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of experience obtaining, evaluating, and providing information to the public.
Special Requirements:
- All positions require an active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C Driver's License or equivalent and twenty-one years of age at the time of application.
- All positions require no suspensions or revocations of a driver's license during the five year period immediately preceding employment.
Other Requirements:

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
