The Global Corporate Accounts Marketing team plays a critical role in shaping and accelerating growth across Ecolab's largest and most strategic global customers. We translate enterprise customer strategies into actionable, scalable marketing programs that drive measurable business impact and deepen long-term partnerships across regions.

Working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, our team partners closely with Corporate Account leaders, regional teams, cross-divisional colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring customer value to life. We ensure consistent, differentiated experience across global markets.

This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, drive execution, and directly impact outcomes for some of Ecolab's most important global relationships-while helping unlock growth across the Ecolab Enterprise Solutions (EES) portfolio (including Nalco, Food Safety, EcoSure, and more).

Reporting to Sr. Marketing Manager, Ecolab Enterprise Solutions (EES), this Sr. Marketing Associate will support the development and execution of global, customer-centric marketing strategies for Contract Management Groups (CMG). You will help translate customer growth strategies into scalable commercial programs that drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable operator impact across regions.

What You Will Do:

Corporate Account Strategy Support

  • Partner with Global Corporate Accounts Sales and cross-divisional teams to execute global customer growth and value strategies.
  • Support development of customer plans and strategic account planning processes.
  • Execute and support account strategies, including actionable marketing plans, tools, and value propositions.
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and account-specific opportunity identification.
  • Partner across Ecolab Enterprise Solutions (EES) (Nalco, Food Safety, EcoSure, etc.) to identify and activate cross-divisional growth opportunities.

Program Performance & Analytics

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer purchasing data to identify opportunities for portfolio consolidation and optimization that drive customer value and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Portfolio Management, Sales, Best-in-Class (BiC) to define and implement a best-in-class product portfolio aligned with customer needs, market dynamics, and strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor business performance and customer compliance provide timely recommendations and actionable insights to maximize customer outcomes.
  • Track and report performance of global campaigns and account initiatives (adoption, growth, engagement).
  • Support identification of opportunities to optimize programs and improve ROI.
  • Provide visibility into performance across regions and customer segments.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Assist in development and deployment of integrated global marketing programs for T20/ E15 Institutional customers (campaigns, launches, customer solutions, trade shows).
  • Support execution of key customer engagements, including customer tours, Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and trade shows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, RD&E, MarCom, Digital, and regional teams.
  • Support creation of customer-facing materials (sell sheets, presentations, proposals, toolkits) tailored to strategic global accounts.

Voice of Customer & Insights

  • Gather and synthesize global customer, operator, and field insights to inform program design and optimization.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis across key segments and geographies.
  • Help translate insights into differentiated, cross-divisional value propositions for corporate customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, Corporate Accounts, and EES cross-divisional teams.
  • Support alignment across global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
  • Contribute to project teams focused on growth initiatives and strategic enterprise priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or commercial roles
  • Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and execute in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills (written, visual, and verbal)
  • Experience supporting large/strategic customer accounts or B2B environments
  • Background in foodservice, hospitality, or institutional markets
  • Experience working across regions or with global teams
  • Exposure to portfolio marketing, product launches, or go-to-market execution

  • Communication: Ability to create clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
