What You'll Do:
  • Support the development and delivery of advanced hardware, software, and integrated systems solutions
  • Perform system verification, validation, performance testing, and integration activities
  • Develop, analyze, document, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle
  • Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities, including system modeling and simulation
  • Participate in hardware systems design, integration, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are achieved
  • Support design reviews, technical evaluations, engineering documentation, and trade studies
  • Contribute to Agile development activities and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Leverage modern digital engineering and AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity and quality
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines (or 3+ years with a Master's degree)
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM discipline
  • 3+ years of experience supporting systems integration, verification, validation, or performance testing activities
  • 3+ years of experience developing, managing, or analyzing system requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with requirements management and systems engineering tools
  • 2+ years of experience supporting hardware systems integration, troubleshooting, or design efforts
  • 1+ year of experience working within Agile development environments preferred

  • Experience with Test & Integration Engineering
  • Experience with Requirements Engineering and requirements management tools
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system modeling, and simulation tools
  • Experience supporting hardware systems design, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of engineering lifecycle processes and systems thinking
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and technical concepts
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills in multidisciplinary environments
