Requirements

• Experience with corrugated flexographic printing, Mylar balloon flexographic printing, or other web press operations preferred
• Mechanically inclined candidates with experience in construction, mechanical maintenance, machinery repair, automotive mechanics, machining, or similar trades encouraged to apply
• Strong and stable work history
• Good computer skills and ability to learn production systems
• Ability to accurately read a ruler to 1/32 inch
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to a 12-hour production schedule

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Read measuring devices and verify product dimensions accurately
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
• Load materials and assist with production changeovers
• Complete production documentation and operate computerized systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
