Requirements



  • Forklift certification or the ability to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, shipping and receiving, or logistics is preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of forklift operation experience and warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment for the majority of the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts and meet operational demands.
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, productivity, and teamwork.


Job Duties



  • Operate forklifts and powered material handling equipment to load, unload, move, store, and stage products.
  • Accurately pull, prepare, and load customer orders for shipment.
  • Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to verify product counts, condition, and accuracy.
  • Ensure products are free from damage and meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records and complete required warehouse documentation.
  • Verify load stability, product quantities, and shipment accuracy; report discrepancies as needed.
  • Support inventory counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
  • Follow all OSHA, MSDS, and company safety regulations.
  • Perform additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
