Education Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience Requirements Valid driver's license 1+ years office/clerical or inventory experience Ability to perform physical tasks (including climbing into trailers) Willingness to support shop functions within a 65-mile radius Experience in maintenance, trucking, or logistics preferred 1+ year with fleet maintenance software Strong Microsoft Office & data entry skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Job Duties: Manage parts inventory using fleet management software Track inventory, PM schedules, and repair records Process purchase orders and prepare cost estimates Order parts daily and communicate with vendors Expedite orders and ensure timely parts availability Support maintenance staff and shop operations Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
