The Opportunity The Sourcing Analyst (CEMI) will support Weill Cornell Medicine Procurement by driving strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to advance meaningful improvements in procurement operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts through the Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI). The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and using data to improve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), two-year term endowed position based in Ithaca, NY, with the possibility of extension. This position is fully remote. However, this remote work arrangement is subject to change at any time. Typical work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate meetings with colleagues in overseas time zones as needed. About the Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI) The Cornell Experience Modernization Initiative (CEMI) is a multi-year program designed to improve the experience of students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, patients, and partners by unifying and enhancing administrative systems and processes across all Cornell University locations.
