APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform technical tests and experiments in support of process engineering and R&D initiatives Set up, operate, and monitor semiconductor processing equipment Execute process test runs and collect experimental data Monitor processes, audit operating conditions, and provide guidance to operators Generate records, charts, graphs, and reports for engineering review Analyze process results to help identify yield issues and process improvement opportunities Support testing and evaluation of new products and processes Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures and safety requirements Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering support, cleanroom operations, or laboratory environments 2+ years of experience operating, monitoring, or supporting technical processing equipment 2+ years of experience performing testing, experimentation, data collection, and documentation 2+ years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or R&D teams 1+ year of experience preparing technical reports, charts, graphs, or process What Sets You Apart: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Semiconductor industry experience Experience working in R&D or process development environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Passion for technology and continuous improvement Additional Information: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
