APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support the development and delivery of advanced hardware, software, and systems solutions Participate in hardware and software validation, verification, integration, and performance testing Develop, document, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle Support system modeling, simulation, and architecture analysis using MBSE methodologies Assist with hardware systems integration, troubleshooting, and design support Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure systems meet mission requirements Participate in design reviews, technical evaluations, and system-level testing activities Support Agile development activities and engineering process improvements Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and engineering deliverables Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or 3+ years with a Master's degree) Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field 3+ years of experience supporting systems integration, verification, validation, testing, or requirements management activities 2+ years of experience working with requirements management, systems modeling, or engineering lifecycle tools 2+ years of experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams in a technical environment 1+ year of experience working in Agile development environments preferred What Sets You Apart: Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Experience with Test & Integration Engineering Experience with Requirements Engineering and requirements management tools Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system modeling, and simulation tools Experience supporting hardware system design, integration, and troubleshooting Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and engineering concepts Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Commitment to professional development and technical growth Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools for requirements analysis, documentation, trade studies, and engineering workflows Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and AI-enabled engineering practices while adhering to security and data-handling requirements Additional Information: Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite with flexibility for occasional hybrid work Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check Occasional overtime may be required based on program and customer requirements In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
