Credence has an upcoming need for an Acquisition Logistician - Depot (Sustainment) AND Equipment Specialist at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the B-1 Lancer Division (AFLCMC WBN) at Tinker AFB, OK. The B-1 Lancer division manages readiness and provides logistical, modification, engineering and technical support for the B-1 aircraft system. This division provides complete system management and ensures US airpower through acquisitions excellence by delivering modernization, sustainment, and support to the AF's fleet of B-1 aircraft on-schedule and on-cost. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Coordinate all logistics elements, including spares, support equipment, training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning, to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements are identified and tailored to the F/B Directorate's needs.
- Advise and assist the Government in developing long-term weapon system supportability approaches that further Government acquisition strategy goals and objectives.
- Assist in obtaining needed logistics resources and participate in site surveys and program reviews; perform analyses of sustainment or Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues and recommend suitable replacements.
- Generate and review logistics support documentation, including Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Technical Orders (TOs), technical manuals, electronic technical manuals, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCMA), and work specifications.
- Participate in integrated logistics support management team meetings, program management reviews (PMRs), and related meetings; assist the Government in logistics support analysis tasks and maintain databases to track Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Support acquisition and sustainment logistics efforts across MSA, TMRR, EMD, Production and Deployment, and O&S phases, including milestone activities.
- Assist in performing materiel solution analyses, design review preparation, draft documentation, and presentation materials based on cost, schedule, and performance considerations.
- Apply logistics knowledge to support planning, development, implementation, and management of comprehensive, affordable, and effective systems support strategies.
- Address product support elements including system engineering, design interface, supply support, maintenance planning and management, support equipment/automatic test systems, facilities, packaging, handling, storage and transportation, technical data management, manpower and personnel, training, computer resources, and protection of Critical Program Information and Anti-Tamper provisions.
- Support logistics and maintainability programs, logistics requirements analysis, budgetary and financial analysis, life-cycle cost analysis, AIS standardization and compatibility, RAM-C planning and execution, supportability assessments, LRDP, and Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System activities.
- Collect, compile, analyze, investigate, research, and apply logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data and information.
- Develop, modify, prepare, and validate documentation related to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems and management information systems.
- Support technical analyses, planning, execution, and review of technical specifications and documentation in support of Reliability, Maintainability, Quality, Supportability, and Interoperability efforts tied to LCSP and Integrated Support Plan sustainment issues.
- Analyze Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), GFP, Support Equipment, life support, and demilitarization requirements; compare Government and prime contractor GFE/GFP plans and schedules with program status and recommend corrective actions.
- Apply knowledge of GFP/GFE purchasing to determine costs, develop budgets, process purchasing documentation, resolve issues, and ensure adequate asset availability.
- Provide analyses of configuration, deliveries, and deficiencies, and assist with integration of training system requirements into production program plans and documentation.
- Maintain data files for depot and modification aircraft; identify recommendations to reduce weapon system AFTOC; support depot maintenance, modification tasks, sustainment activities, technical evaluations, and depot-level maintenance/modification recommendations.
- Perform technical data management and analysis, write reports, recommend actions, and support timely, efficient, cost-affordable management of engineering and logistics technical data and TO/technical data libraries.
- Access and maintain Government electronic technical systems, including Integrated Electronic Technical Management System (IETMS) and Joint Computer-Aided Acquisition and Logistics Support (JCALS).
- Prepare engineering data management plans, TO verification plans, and TO management plans; identify engineering data requirements and data rights claims.
- Arrange and support engineering data, TO, and commercial manual guidance conferences and reviews; monitor delivery of engineering/technical data; identify manual requirements; and arrange printing and distribution of TOs/data and updates.
- Identify, review, and analyze deficiencies, Engineering Change Proposals, Deficiency Reports, root cause issues, recommended technical order changes, supply chain impacts, and Technical Compliance Technical Orders.
- Support sustainment teams through data analysis, acquisition management, procurement, and logistics data for critical assets, insurance spares, tooling, parts, and material; support PPSP, PPTP, and TPP development and execution.
- Support material efforts related to damage scenarios, recovery, rebuild and depot maintenance, production shutdown, risk mitigation, part configurations, and production asset disposition.
- Assist in resolving DMSMS issues, researching parts availability, establishing aircraft parts supply priority, resolving MICAP situations, forecasting supply support requirements, coordinating with DLA, and ensuring USAF supply system procedures are followed.
- Participate in process improvement activities, IPT meetings, stand-up meetings, logistics reviews, PMRs, and related meetings; prepare and coordinate agreements, MOAs/MOUs, SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, eSSS packages, and other program documents.
- Support special projects such as Supportability Operations Review Team and Executive Steering Group activities, including action item reviews, charter updates, tracking action items, and facilitating meetings, VTCs, and conferences.
- Provide technical, analytical, and sustainment support for depot activation, including software development, depot avionics testing and repair, structural repair, LSA, peculiar SE acquisition, engineering assessments, technical data validation, and depot activation IMS maintenance.
- Support depot activation and post-integration requirements using logistic management and program management tools to manage current and transitioning workloads impacting LSA, peculiar SE acquisition, engineering assessments, technical data validation, and weapon system sustainment.
- Support the Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group, Supply Chain Working Group, Semi-Annual Supportability Review, and Integrated Product Teams; assist with depot requirements, planning, and execution documents including the Depot Maintenance Activation Plan, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan, and Logistic Reporting Tool.
- Support evaluation, implementation, and management of organic and public-private partnerships for depot maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of Depot Source of Repair and Depot Maintenance Interservice processes; assist in initiating, coordinating, and updating DSOR and DMI documentation.
- Query and extract data from systems used by the platform program office, warfighter, item managers, equipment specialists, and depot maintenance providers to improve maintenance supply support.
- Use data systems including Air Force Portal, AFKS, AFTOC, D035A, D043, DoD EMALL, DRILS, GCSS, Federal Logistics Information System, JDRS, LIMSEV, REMIS, SMART, WSMIS-RAM, BLADE, and PDMC.
- Accomplish Source of Repair Assignment Process changes as directed by core activation requirements and apply knowledge of factors that impact source of repair decisions.
- Review LSA documentation for recommended changes to Source Maintenance Recoverability codes and report results to the Government and monthly status reports.
- Prepare technical feasibility studies, assemble pertinent data, coordinate technical features with engineers and system equipment specialists, and finalize documentation/information for presentations.
- Assist with AFTO Forms 873, 874, and 875 in the development of TCTOs; assist with AFTO Form 252 and related forms/processes to effect changes, corrections, and maintenance of assigned TOs and technical data, including parts list review and correction for modification kit requirements.
- Access and support program requirements using D043/D143, JEDMICS, Haystack, and other aircraft/system databases to identify problem areas and assist with developing executable programs for assigned systems.
- Assist Government equipment specialists and logisticians with special research projects; support part number requisitions and item/system research and evaluations.
- Support spares provisioning, interface with inventory managers across DoD agencies, identify platform spares requirements, coordinate funding, research technical data packages, and recommend maintenance levels for source maintenance and repair codes.
- Support trial installations, kit proofs, and TCTO/technical data verification; report findings, kit issues, corrective actions, and recommendations to the responsible modification manager or program manager.
- Support F/B platforms with knowledge of armament systems, Alternate Mission Equipment, nuclear surety, MIL-STD-1760, armament circuits, armament test equipment, and rotary launcher equipment.
- Handle all official records in accordance with AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD;
- OR bachelor's degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoW/DoD;
- OR, fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
