What You Will Do:
- Communicates with guests promptly, professionally, and courteously through chat, text, email, and phone channels, in accordance with Loews Hotels' service standards.
- Effectively manages multiple reservation channels simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest service.
- Promotes and sells the Loews experience by showcasing hotel accommodations, dining venues, spa services, golf offerings, local attractions, and special events in alignment with Reservations Department standards.
- Builds meaningful guest connections by actively listening, identifying individual preferences, and anticipating guest needs to deliver personalized service.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of hotel accommodations, amenities, services, and property features, incorporating this information into the sales process and proactively offering opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Completes reservation transactions accurately by ensuring guest profiles and reservation details are current, complete, and correctly documented.
- Documents guest requests, preferences, and special accommodations in the appropriate systems to ensure seamless communication and execution across hotel properties.
- Demonstrates a consistent commitment to hospitality through exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and a guest-focused approach in every interaction.
- Actively listens to guest concerns, requests, and challenges, resolving issues promptly and with genuine care, while escalating complex situations as appropriate to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Your Experience Includes:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel reservation software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
